BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We recommend you read these carefully BEFORE booking.

Registration and Payment

The space available for heliskiing in our remote wilderness lodges is LIMITED. (Each year there are less spaces available) To avoid disappointment, we strongly suggest you register early. As you'll see in our How to book section a deposit for each guest must to be made to Last Frontier Heliskiing within 10 days of receiving a written/email reservation confirmation. The payment of the balance is due 90 days prior to the beginning of the heli-skiing package. If the payment balance required is not received by Last Frontier Heliskiing or the travel agent on time, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without notice to the skier and the deposit will be retained by Last Frontier Heliskiing. For bookings made less than 90 days prior to the trip start date, the full package price is due at time of booking.

Cancellation

We certainly hope you don't ever have to, but, if a cancellation is necessary for any reason, it should be made by e-mail . Receipt of the e-mail must be acknowledged BEFORE the confirmation can be processed. If a confirmed reservation has to be cancelled more than 90 days before the beginning of the package, Last Frontier Heliskiing will retain the deposit. The deposits for heli-skiing are totally non-refundable. If a cancellation is made less than 90 days before the arrival date, the total package payments will be retained. No cancellation fee has to be paid if the skier cancelling his package finds himself a suitable person as his substitute to take over the contractual obligations, but only if the cancelled space is still available.

Additional Travel Insurance

Trip cancellation and In-Canada medical coverage can be purchased through our insurance agent or your travel agent. The approximate cost will be between 4-6% of the trip cost. Other types of travel insurance that we recommend are:

  • Medical insurance to cover any hospital costs and ambulance expenses outside Canada
  • Personal insurance to cover loss of baggage, skis and personal belongings
  • Liability insurance
  • Make sure these insurances cover you for all parts of your vacation. Your travel agent will be happy to advise you and send you the appropriate documentation.
