A native from Austria, George originally trained as a culinary chef and hotelier to work in the family business at home. However he could not resist the pull of the mountains for to long and became a fully qualified mountain guide.

Born in the concrete jungle of Tokyo, Japan, Jun immigrated to Canada in 1988. Jun has been heliski guiding since 1993 including two seasons in New Zealand and joined Last Frontier Heliskiing in 1999. In summer, Jun enjoys hiking guiding, horseback riding, mountain biking, canoeing, etc. in Whistler, which he calls home.

Colin grew up in Vancouver and over the years has had the opportunity to travel such places as Peru, Thailand, Australia and Europe. Colin is an avid rock climber and when not traveling the world or guiding with Last Frontier Heliskiing; Colin spends his summers guiding clients with his business 'Squamish Rock Guides' Colin truly enjoys his job and quotes "The part I enjoy most about guiding is sharing great turns and beautiful vistas with guests from all over the world."
Guide
Born in the small village of "Mexico City" Luis immigrated to Canada in 1974. Growing up on Vancouver Island, at the age of 18 he moved to the Canadian Rockies where he still lives today in Banff, AB. Before arriving at Last Frontier Heliskiing Luis worked 8 seasons in Avalanche Control and 3 seasons back country ski guiding and heliski guiding in Chile/ Argentina S.A. In the summer Luis spends much of his time outside enjoying mountain and water activities.
Guide
Ken grew up in Edmonton, AB but claims he never really grew up until he moved to the mountains, where he obtained his diploma in Adventure Travel Guide program at Thompson Rivers University. Ken is a member of the Canadian Avalanche Association; board of directors for the Canadian Avalanche Association (CAA) & the Canadian Avalanche Centre (CAC). During the summer months Ken keeps busy with his concrete counter top business, his three sons the bibblets and his wife Kim.
Guide
Mike started his guiding career at the age of 19 guiding for his family owned company. For the last 3 years Mike has been working in New Zealand as a consultant for Ruapehu Alpine Lifts assisting them with establishing a new guiding branch to their company. Mike enjoys most things outside and has recently picked up kite skiing and kite surfing and is looking forward to mastering huge boosts with his new kite.
Asst Ops Manager
Jeff grew up in central Alberta and is an ACMG mountain guide; what Jeff enjoys most about his job is meeting new people, the eating and maybe the skiing too! When Jeff is not eating at the lodge he can be found rock climbing, ice climbing, surfing the pacific, traveling and playing the drums.
Lead Guide and Operations Manager at Ripley Creek
Canadian born, Andre spent 12 years living in Whistler before settling in Squamish, BC. A carpenter by trade and UIAGM Mountain Guide, he has worked with Last Frontier Heliskiing since 2000. An avid traveler, he has visited 26 countries around the globe many of which he has skied or climbed. Andre is part owner/operator of Squamish based company Westcoast Mountain Guides Inc. that keeps him busy in summer guiding on the rock, in the alpine and teaching courses.
Operations Manager, Last Frontier Heliskiing
Born in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Michael grew up in a small mountain town in the Alps. Michael is a UIAGM Guide, steelhead guide and pro-photographer. After moving to Canada in 2003 and starting with Last Frontier, Michael lives in Smithers with his daughter Elisa.

Natalie was born and raised in Germany. When traveling in Spain after college she met her sweetheart, Chris who happens to be from Vernon, BC. After numerous trips to the Okanagan Valley and falling in love with the beauty of the mountains and lakes she finally moved to Canada in February 2007. Growing up skiing with her family every year, heliskiing has always been a dream. Dreams do come true… and she lived happily ever after.
Accounting / Payroll
Sally joined the team in the summer of 2005. She is a 3rd year CGA student and brings many years of ski resort experience to Last Frontier Heliskiing. Born in Pouce Coupe, BC, Sally migrated to Vernon when she was 5 years old. A true Okanagan resident she has never found it necessary to live elsewhere. She enjoys kayaking, camping, snowshoeing and spending time with her family and friends
President and First Lady
George was born in Biel-Bienne in Switzerland and is tri-lingual. He immigrated to Canada a first time at age 21 and narrowly missed a career as a professional football player in Montreal. He returned to Switzerland and worked for IBM and 3M. He met his wife Edith in 1974. They soon discovered their love for heliskiing in BC. In 1991 they moved to Canada. Five years later, Last Frontier Heliskiing was started and they enjoy spending their powder days with skiers and boarders from around the world.
Director, Sales and Marketing
Born and raised in the UK, he worked for one of the major oil companies in Argentina before making the move to BC in 1996 to work for Last Frontier Heliskiing. He became a Canadian citizen in 2003 - (but still can't skate).
