February 2026 Conditions Report
February threw a bit of everything at us, starting with a much-needed 60cm reset. Early in the month, we had to navigate above-seasonal temps and stubborn valley fog, but our tree skiing came to the rescue to keep the laps coming when we could get out. As we transitioned into the second week, winter came roaring back—the temperatures dropped, and the snow kept piling up. That deep chill held strong through mid-February, rewarding us with some of the most unforgettable skiing we’ve seen in years. Late February delivered too with groups smashing through almost 48,000 vertical meters on a five-day tour. As we round out the month, the snowpack is solid with 240cm of new snow since late January. Whether you’re up high in the alpine or charging through the glades, the skiing is awesome right now.
