We are currently seeking experienced front of house superstars to join the team at our Ripley Creek location for the upcoming winter ski season.

As a small heliski lodge community in a remote, close-knit environment, our front of house team will work closely together to ensure the best possible fine dining experience for our guests. Tasks are varied and team members contribute to all aspects of service, from breakfast and barista duties, to our evening meal and wine service, and bartending duties including basic cocktail serving. The front of house team is also primarily responsible for all gift shop sales, including associated inventory control.

Ideal candidates will be motivated and enthusiastic team players, with an outgoing personality and hands-on approach. A positive attitude, professional work ethic and eye for detail are imperative in this varied and exciting role.

• Sommelier qualification or wine knowledge an asset

Requirements

• Excellent command of English language, verbal and written
• Relevant Hospitality experience, preferably in a fine dining setting
• Valid serving it right certificate (or willingness and ability to obtain)
• Previous experience based in a remote lodge/camp environment is an asset

We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to fill the role of Sous Chef at our Ripley Creek location for the busy winter season. This position reports directly to the Head Chef and Lodge Manager, and will also be required to take on the role of acting Head Chef on occasion, to cover scheduled time off. The Sous Chef is responsible for assisting the Head Chef in all aspects of running the kitchen, including preparation of apres snacks and dinner service, staff development and training, inventory and ordering. The highest quality of cuisine, guest satisfaction, and cost efficiency must be maintained to the utmost standards at all times. A solid work ethic, positive attitude and flexible approach are essential for success in this position.

• Food Safe Certificate is required

We are currently looking for a motivated individual to fill the role of Prep Cook (with a focus on daily Heli Lunches) in our Ripley Creek Lodge team for the busy upcoming winter season. The Heli Lunch Cook is responsible for the daily preparation of packed lunches provided for our guests during our daily ski program. Under the direction of the Head Chef, the Heli Lunch Cook will prepare lunches according to company guidelines and procedures, whilst ensuring the highest quality, guest satisfaction and profitability. This role is also required to regularly assist with all aspects of kitchen maintenance to include following designated cleaning schedules, stock rotation, and dishwashing. The ideal candidate will be an energetic team player, with a positive attitude and proven flexible approach.
