Relentless Snow.
Since the sudden onset of winter back in October, regular snowfalls have continued and we now report a very healthy 178 cm at our remote weather plot [elevation 1,100m]. Even down at sea level in Stewart, over 40cm of snow sits on the ground. Our team is pumped about the prospect of stellar early season conditions. All Systems Go.
Our team on the ground at Bell 2 Lodge and at HQ [Vernon] have pulled out all stops to get things ready for the season. This year is bringing some additional layers of complexity to the operation, but we are ready to welcome our first guests in less than 38 days. For those of you that have not been at Bell 2 Lodge in a few years, you’ll notice some practical updates to common area spaces and the bootroom.
